Their team was friendly, on time and very clean. The manager immediately called me to say the paint of the boxes didn't match the colour of the new doors (before I could notice or comment) and arranged to have the team return the next day to paint the boxes to match. Yes. Kitchen Makeovers can build custom islands as part of its carpentry and cabinet modification services.

Yes. Door-to-drawer conversions are one of the modifications we can make to existing cabinetry.

The timeline depends on what you’re having built or modified. For projects involving an island, ceiling-height cabinets, or added cabinetry, the carpentry portion is usually completed over a day or two, followed by the appropriate finishing process.

We’ll provide a project-specific timeline as part of your quote.

We can make modifications to your existing cabinetry, including adding islands, cabinets, storage, and other features. However, Kitchen Makeovers is not a full gut-renovation company that moves walls or relocates plumbing.

If plumbing or water lines need to be moved, that work must be completed by a licensed plumber. We can coordinate our work around it.

Even our carpenters are on staff, not subcontracted.
